Art Nutter, Chairman of the Board Art Nutter is married to Katheleen Nutter and father of eight children. He founded TAEUS International Corporation in 1992 as the world’s first engineering company dedicated exclusively to intellectual property. It has since expanded internationally and Art remains as the acting CEO. He is also active on many non-profit Boards. Art's favorite sport is raquetball. |

Louis Krupp, Treasurer Louis Krupp graduated from Michigan State University with a Masters degree in Accounting. He then went on to pass the Michigan CPA boards and worked for two years as a staff accountant and parish business manager. He then spent three years in the seminary discerning the priesthood. He is in the process of transferring his CPA to Colorado and currently works for EKS&H as an accountant. He is an active volunteer. |

Anand Bheemarasetti, Board Member Anand is a husband to his old campus ministry colleague, Lindsey, and father of one. Anand graduated from Andhra University (India). He was an IT consultant to various Fortune 500 companies before he quit to join FOCUS as a Marketing Manager and Catholic Missionary. He currently works as a part-time consultant on new business ventures, as well as launching two of his own AskABishop.com, a New Evangelization project, and MaybeMore.com a dating service that promotes virtuous courtship. He is on the marketing committee for Families of Character and the Board of Directors for the International Missionary Foundation. |

| Paul Spotts, President Paul received his Associates degree in computer info. sys. from Pikes Peak Community College in 2000. He then went to CU-Boulder where he received his BS degree in Finance. After graduating from CU, he spent 4 years in various ministry positions, mostly with the Fellowship Of Catholic University Students (FOCUS). After leaving FOCUS in 2008, he spent 18 months as an Account Executive at the start of the recession, which helped foster his desire to return to the non-profit world and start Catholic Young Adult Sports in his home, the Archdiocese of Denver. |

| Erica Mathews, Program Director of Colorado Erica graduated from CU-Boulder with a degree in Architecture in 2011. While she was at CU, she was involved with the campus ministry program including leading FOCUS bible studies, helping with RCIA, and participating in outreach programs. After graduating she interned with Habitat for Humanity in Marking and Operations. This opportunity fostered her love of non-profits. She was thrilled to accept the opportunity to join CYAS and continue ministering to her peers.
